Memory Tag

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Although I can think of several good memories, the one I keep coming back to was shortly after I moved in. It was the first time that we really talked. I remember thinking how cool you were - you were funny and thoughtful and had great insight. From that point on, I was happy I had moved in and excited to get to know you better.

i remember staying up at your house, crying about dumb boys after we had watched "cars" with your little kinspeople. i was so glad you were there for me.

Hmm...You know my bad memory. I'll have to stick to a memory that isn't very old :)

I had a great time on our girl's night out back in Feb. It was great spending time with you
(and if you'd stop picking your nose it'd stop bleeding....)

well, let's see...

i remember getting an email from you while i was still in romania before we met and i was so confused about bigtallberryq or qberry or whatever it was.

i remember all the interviews. we almost always felt the same way about people and we always red-flagged the same ones.

i remember LONG HOURS of grading finals in 280 HRCB. i remember not dreading it that much though, because i knew we would have fun doing it together and laughing about stuff.

i remember laughing my head off about your running partner and the thought of an inner-office romance.

i remember all the wonderful lessons i got to listen to you give-- i NEVER got tired of our classes together, even after many semesters.

and i remember you doing so much of the behind-the-scenes grunt work of facilitator-hood, and i was always amazed at what a good, hard worker you were.

all such great memories, mb.

Remember the time we lit sparklers and took pictures of letters written in the air? It is fun learning to do nifty things on my camera from you.

Remember the time we drew "whispers" on your face for Halloween, and when they dried you had to see in a mirror to make sure they were still there?

Remember when we walked forever in Cuenca and you kept telling me our destination was "just over there".

Remember when we feared for our lives in a taxi in Guayaquil?

fc - laughing hysterically while trying to work out with you one morning... seems like the floor exercises were particularly riotous...
