Ducks
I passed by some ducks on a pond today. There was a small portion of the pond that wasn't frozen over, and the ducks were swimming on it. Crazy critters! Go migrate, for crying out loud. Then I thought about how they probably stay here because they keep getting fed. I heard once that by September you should put your hummingbird feeders away to encourage hummingbirds go migrate for the winter so they don't stick around and die of the cold. It got me wondering how often I do things out of the goodness of my heart that are harmful in the long run.

tee hee... mr. clean did the trick. at least i haven't noticed any ill smells. but then, look who i'm related to ;)
