4 Jobs I've held
grocery store cashier (I can still remember some of the number ID’s for vegetables)
pop-machine specialist (at an amusement park that provided catering for groups)
late-night custodian (for 7’ish years! I actually enjoyed this job quite a bit and learned a lot of valuable things about life, the universe, and caring for chrome fixtures…)
facilitator for an internship program that sends students to care for severely handicapped social orphans in Romania (best job EVER!)
secretary/urine collector (ok, this makes 5, but isn’t it intriguing? I was a secretary at a drug screening company, and I got to take urine samples from people [luckily, I wasn’t in charge of any observed collections :P])
4 Movies I can watch over and over
While You Were Sleeping
Better Off Dead
You’ve Got Mail
The Importance of Being Earnest
4 Guilty Pleasures
producing squirms - seeing boys react when I purposely twist their words to mean that they’re saying I’m fat
meditation… sort of… - lying in bed in the morning and just thinking
fine food… sort of… - watching the blind-folded sauce-tasting segment of “Mostly Martha”
frivolous shopping - buying art and school supplies I’ll probably never use
4 Shows I enjoy
Pushing Daisies
Ghost Whisperer
Mythbusters
Cosby Show
4 places I have been on vacation
Mamaia on the Black Sea (we went for the weekend while I was in Romania)
Monterrico in Guatemala (the sand was very coarse and black, but it was fun to leave the cold highlands for a bit)
Inga Pirca in Ecuador (Gateway of the Sun – it’s the ruins of the Inca sun temple. I watched a llama give birth on the tour… unforgettable… I went there with my mom when she came to pick me up from a humanitarian project in 2000)
Bryce Canyon in Utah (probably the most beautiful place on earth, in my humble opinion…)
4 Favorite foods
chocolate
avocados
edamame in the shell
ice cream
4 Awards I have won
Sterling Scholar in foreign language
Volunteer of the Month
Honorable Mention in poetry for the new era magazine
Best Actress in the ward Oscars competition for my role as an unintelligble old lady in our group's film
4 Hobbies I enjoy
photography
playing with Photoshop (thanks, Santa!)
writing letters
creative cooking
Secretly, I wish I could
instantly transport myself and other objects via telekinesis
split myself in 2 everyday then combine back at night
read faster and remember what I read
not be afraid of social situations
