Bum

I was going through my purse when I came across an envelope full of individual Jack Handey Deep Thoughts. I keep them with me for emergencies. I think perhaps we all should...

My favorite is probably the one that goes something like 'Every time I feel like killing someone, I go to their house and ring the bell. When they get to the door I'm not there. Do you know what is? It's a pumpkin with a knife in it and a note that says "YOU!" I usually feel better after that, and no harm done.'
