81. I’ve been described several times in the past few weeks as “organic”

82. I grind my own whole wheat flour

83. I don’t believe in pure coincidence

84. When I was a little girl, I really liked unicorns. So my dad started bringing me unicorns whenever he’d find them, just to let me know he was thinking of me

85. He still gets me unicorns, even though I’m out of that stage

86. One of the best ideas I ever had was to tell him I really like pearls

87. When I laugh really hard, I start wheezing, and sometimes I sound like a donkey

88. My family had a pet tarantula when I was young

89. I’m allergic to cats

90. If I had a superhero super power, it would be the ability to create ice in my hands (due more to pre-existing powers than to power preference)

Victoria loves unicorns, and pegasus, and horses...

I bought some "organic" yogurt for my baby today. Don't know just how organic it really is though. I like for us to eat healthy, even though if they had it their way, it would be brownies, ice cream, and potato chips 24/7.

Spiders freak me out bad!

So, do you like to cook?

Hmm...I need to tell Dad that I like diamonds instead of wolves... ;)

(confession: Whenever I make you laugh really hard and you start wheezing, the thought crosses my mind "oh oh. I think my humor really is killing her!!")

brock - brilliant idea. maybe i'll pick up a third job this summer selling cold drinks!

heatherpink - i do like to cook sometimes. i don't like feeling like i HAFTA cook, but when i'm not rushed, i quite enjoy it. you?

feathersky - good call on the diamonds *wink, wink*. oh, and one of these days your humor really might finish me off. then who would you chide for not calling on sundays, eh? (uhhhh... sorry about yesterday, by the way... i tried to call earlier, then i went to dinner at my roommate's parents' house, and when i got home it was too late to call... i'll hafta try during the week...)

MB,
I feel the same way. So funny.
I love to cook, but not when someone is bugging me about doing it, "When is dinner going to be ready?" I do like looking for new recipes, and especially cooking during the holidays. I like to make my own pies, turkey, ham...
Ok, now I'm hungry.
Once Randy said we could eat somewhere so I wouldn't 'hafta' cook on Thanksgiving. I told him, "No way! I like to cook our Thanksgiving dinner!"
But, I know he meant well, to give me a break, and maybe one year we will do that. I think we have done that before, but then you don't get the yummy left overs the next day!

So is the unicorn thing why you own "The Last Unicorn"? Oh and remember the "How to Develop an Open Mind" link? Well (I think) there is one on there about trying new foods. So when I was last at Macy's they had a stand with recipes on it. So I grabbed about half a dozen of them to try out. I got some that include foods I don't "like". I think this will be a fun experiment. And besides, I have friends who make foods they don't like and won't eat. But they do it because they enjoy making it.

HP - Dang, now I'm hungry, too...

BigRed - I actually got "The Last Unicorn" myself. That was one of my most favoritest movies when I was little. And the book is even better.
Good luck with the new foods. If you want a co-experimenter, let me know... :)

Brock - yes, my flour mill is excessively loud. It's exactly like the one you photographed, except the collection chamber is plastic and holds twice as much. It's second-hand, so it's missing the big gasket that goes between the grinder and the chamber. It spits flour everywhere. Kinda fun.
